Giovanna Minardi is a seasoned leader, educator, and parent coach who blends personal experience with professional depth to help families navigate the messy, beautiful, and often unpredictable world of parenting, especially within foster and adoptive care.

Before dedicating her life to family advocacy, Giovanna served as a senior executive in the banking industry, leading multi-million dollar projects and managing teams of over 300 people. But it was her calling to work with vulnerable children that changed her trajectory. Since 2015, she has supported families as a trauma-informed educator, child welfare consultant, and advocate for systemic change.

A therapeutic foster parent to over 25 children over a decade, Gia understands firsthand the emotional complexity of caregiving. Today, she works with families across the country—bringing compassion, clarity, and strategy to those writing the harder chapters of their parenting story.
